- 2 sweet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- ½ tsp salt
- 500g chicken mince
- 2 cloves garlic
- ½ cup chopped coriander
- ½ avocado
- 2 tsp lime juice
- Cut 2 sweet potatoes into 0,5cm-thick sticks and toss onto a baking sheet with 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp chilli powder and ¼ tsp salt. Roast at 180°C for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp.
- Mix 500g chicken mince with 2 cloves garlic, pressed, ½ cup chopped coriander, 1 tsp chilli powder and ¼ tsp salt. Form into 4 patties. Grill on medium for 12 to 15 minutes, turning once.
- Mash ½ avocado with 2 tsp lime juice. Place burgers on wholegrain pita slices and top with avocado, tomato, cucumber, lettuce and sprouts. Serve with chips.
