Asian chicken wraps

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp peanut oil
  • 250g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 small carrot, grated
  • 4 radishes, grated
  • ½ bunch coriander, chopped
  • 4 wraps
  • 8 iceberg-lettuce leaves

Recipe Directions

  1. Heat oil on high, add chicken and garlic, brown for 8 minutes, add hoisin sauce and stir. Transfer to a bowl to cool. Stir in carrot, radish and coriander.
  2. Line ⅔ of a wrap with a layer of lettuce leaves, spoon ¼ chicken mixture onto the leaves, fold and wrap. Secure with a toothpick if necessary.
  3. Cut in half to serve or roll tightly in wax paper to serve. Makes 4.
