  1. In a blender, purée 1 ripe avocado, 1⁄4 cup pickled jalapeño slices, 1⁄4 cup pickle brine, 2 tbsp water and 1 clove garlic until smooth.
  2. Dollop on: Wraps, tacos and tortillas.
