Berry Jelly Mousse

Recipe Ingredients

  • 2 x 135g packets raspberry jelly
  • 380g can Nestlé Ideal Unsweetened Evaporated Low Fat Milk, chilled
  • fruit, to serve

Recipe Directions

1. Follow the instructions on the jelly packets, but add only the hot water.

2. Allow the jelly to cool but not set, then pour in the evaporated milk.

3. Whisk for five minutes and pour into four bowls or jelly moulds.

4. Place jelly in the fridge for six hours or overnight to set.

5. Remove jelly from moulds and serve with fresh fruit.
