Berry Oats

Recipe Ingredients

  • ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cup low-fat organic milk or almond milk
  • dash of vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup fresh mixed raspberries and blackberries
  • agave nectar (optional)

Recipe Directions

Cook ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats with 1 cup low-fat organic milk or almond milk and a dash of vanilla extract over a medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes. Top with ¾ cup fresh mixed raspberries and blackberries. Sweeten with agave nectar, if desired.
