Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup unsweetened rice
  • almond or coconut milk (the drinking kind)
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ a sliced banana
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes

Recipe Directions

In a blender, combine 1 cup frozen blueberries with ½ cup unsweetened rice, almond or coconut milk (the drinking kind) and ¼ tsp vanilla extract. Pour into a small bowl and top with ½ a sliced banana and 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes.
