Breakfast smoothie

Recipe Ingredients

  • 200ml low-fat milk
  • 200g plain yoghurt
  • 125g mix of frozen
  • berries
  • 15g rolled oats
  • 2 tbsp runny honey

Recipe Directions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender.
  2. Whizz until smooth.
  3. Pour smoothie into two tall glasses.
  4. Serve.
Double Up: If you prefer your breakfast ready to go, make a double batch in the evening, transfer to a jug, cover and chill for up to two days. Stir and serve.
