- 1 packet of prepared raspberry jelly (unset)
- 300ml double cream
- 300ml milk
- Fresh berries
- Pour 1 packet of prepared raspberry jelly (unset) into a pot with 300ml double cream.
- Heat through but don't allow to boil.
- Take off the heat and add 300ml milk.
- Pour into tea cups, then refrigerate to set. Garnish with fresh berries before serving.
