Chicken Kebabs with Chocolate-chilli Spread

Recipe Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breasts, cubed
  • 45ml Egyptian dukkah
  • 15ml olive oil
  • 5ml salt

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.

2. Thread the chicken cubes onto skewers to make kebabs.

3. Mix the dukkah, olive oil and salt, and coat each kebab.

4. Place on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 15 minutes.

5. Serve with the chocolate-chilli spread.
