Choc-Peach Delights

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 packet Romary Cream biscuits
  • 1 can (290 g) Nestlé Cream, chilled
  • 1 can (825 g) peach halves

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C
  2. Coarsely crush the biscuits
  3. Add the Nestlé Cream to the crumbs gradually to form a stiff mixture
  4. Place a large spoonful of the mixture into each peach half
  5. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes until the chocolate begins to melt
  6. Remove from the oven - and serve immediately with extra cream
  7. This dessert is also excellent served cold - simply omit step 3
TIPS:
This is perfect when you need a tasty dessert in a hurry!
Vary the filling by using ginger or buttercrust biscuits for a change of flavour
