- 100g plain milk chocolate, roughly chopped
- 290g can Nestlé Sterilised Dessert Cream
- 30ml butter
- 15ml Nestlé Cocoa Powder
- 5ml chilli powder or chilli fl akes
1. Combine the chocolate, cream, butter, cocoa powder and chilli in a heavy pot.
2. Cook on a low heat until all the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth. Serve warm or cold with the chicken kebabs.
