- Crumble 500g Christmas pudding into a bowl and mix in 125g melted dark chocolate; roll into walnut-sized balls and chill on a lined tray for 20 minutes before drizzling over melted and cooled white chocolate and topping with sugar decorations to resemble leaves and berries.
