Christmas-pudding truffles

Recipe Ingredients

  • 500g Christmas pudding
  • 125g melted dark chocolate
  • Melted and cooled white chocolate
  • Sugar decorations

Recipe Directions

  1. Crumble 500g Christmas pudding into a bowl and mix in 125g melted dark chocolate; roll into walnut-sized balls and chill on a lined tray for 20 minutes before drizzling over melted and cooled white chocolate and topping with sugar decorations to resemble leaves and berries.
  2. Makes about 30. Make up to a week ahead and keep chilled.
