- 10 limes, quartered
- 20 tbsp agave nectar
- 500ml white rum
- crushed ice
- Put 3 lime quarters into each glass and crush gently with the end of a rolling pin or wooden spoon.
- Add 2 tablespoons of agave nectar to each glass, followed by 50ml white rum and ice to fill.
- Stir and serve with extra lime wedges.
