Cocoa Almond, Avocado Kiwi smoothies

Recipe Ingredients

Cocoa Almond

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 chopped and frozen bananas

3 pitted dates

3⁄4 cup almond milk and

1 cup ice cubes.


Avocado Kiwi

1 avocado

2 peeled and diced kiwi fruit

1 cup plain fat-free yoghurt and

11⁄2 cups frozen pineapple, chopped.

Recipe Directions

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puréeuntil smooth. Makes 2 smoothies
