Easy eggnog

Recipe Ingredients

  • 3 medium eggs
  • 75g caster sugar
  • 50ml brandy (optional)
  • 100ml full-cream milk
  • freshly grated nutmeg, to garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Put the eggs in a large bowl. Add sugar and beat together with an electric hand whisk for 5 minutes or until thick and resembling mousse. While still whisking, quickly add brandy, if using, then milk. Divide among 8 small glasses. Garnish with nutmeg and serve.

PER SERVING 378kJ, 3g fat (1g saturated), 10g carbohydrate (10g total sugars).
