Grilled cheesy corn

Recipe Ingredients

  • 8 ears
  • ½ tsp lime peel
  • 4 tsp lime juice
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup finely crumbled feta cheese

Recipe Directions

  1. Remove husks and silks from 8 ears. Grill or braai on medium-high for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned, turning frequently.
  2. Finely grate ½ tsp lime peel and squeeze 4 tsp lime juice into a medium-sized bowl. Stir in ½ cup mayonnaise and ¼ tsp cayenne pepper.
  3. Spread mayonnaise over hot corn. Sprinkle with 1 cup finely crumbled feta cheese.
