- 8 ears
- ½ tsp lime peel
- 4 tsp lime juice
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 cup finely crumbled feta cheese
- Remove husks and silks from 8 ears. Grill or braai on medium-high for 10 to 12 minutes or until browned, turning frequently.
- Finely grate ½ tsp lime peel and squeeze 4 tsp lime juice into a medium-sized bowl. Stir in ½ cup mayonnaise and ¼ tsp cayenne pepper.
- Spread mayonnaise over hot corn. Sprinkle with 1 cup finely crumbled feta cheese.
