Ham & Cheese Straws with Aïoli

Recipe Ingredients

  • 4 slices Parma ham or prosciutto
  •  12 twirly cheese straws
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, crushed

 

Recipe Directions

1. Preheat oven to 200°C. Slice ham into thirds lengthways and wrap one piece around each cheese straw. Transfer to a

baking tray and bake for 3 to 5 minutes, until golden.

2. Meanwhile, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice and garlic in a small bowl.

Serve straws warm, or at room temperature, with the aïoli.
