Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 can (380 g) Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk
  • 1 can (385 g) Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 290 g Nestlé Cream
  • 60 ml (4 Tbsp) toasted blanched almonds, finely chopped
  • 60 ml (4 Tbsp) toasted blanched unsalted pistachio nuts, chopped
  • 5 ml (1 tsp) ground cardamon
  • Few drops of rose essence

Recipe Directions

  1. Whisk the Nestlé Ideal Evaporated Milk, Nestlé Sweetened Condensed Milk and Nestlé Cream together
  2. Add chopped nuts, cardamon and rose essence and mix well
  3. Pour into Kulfi moulds or ramekin dishes and freeze
  4. Unmould and serve
If you do not have Kulfi moulds, use paper cups instead, simply tear paper cup off each Kulfi and place on a serving tray.
