- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 tbsp sliced toasted almonds
Mix a pinch of lemon zest, a pinch of poppy seeds and a drizzle of honey into ¾ cup plain low-fat yoghurt. Top with 1 cup sliced strawberries and 1 tbsp sliced toasted almonds.
