- 340g linguine
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 small fresh chillis
- 2 medium baby marrows
- 230g mixed mushrooms
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp pepper
- 1 can (170g) tune, packed in oil
- Cook 340g linguine as label directs, reserving ½ cup cooking water. Ina 25cm frying pan on medium , heat 3 tbsp olive oil; add 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped, and 2 small fresh chillis, thinly sliced. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring.
- Add 2 medium baby marrows, thinly sliced; 230g mixed mushrooms, thinly sliced; and ½ tsp each salt and pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring. Remove from heat.
- In a pasta pot, toss cooked pasta, baby-marrow mixture and 1 can (170g) tuna packed in olive oil, drained, adding reserved cooking water as needed.
