Marbled Meringue

Recipe Ingredients

  • 1 Egg white
  • 1 Cup caster sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon water
  • 1 Teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 Teaspoon baking powder

Recipe Directions

  1. Turn oven on to 125 degrees C
  2. Beat egg white, caster sugar, vinegar, water and vanilla together until stiff and you can make peaks.
  3. Add baking powder and mix
  4. Pipe or spoon meringues onto baking tray lined with baking paper
  5. Bake for one hour
  6. Leave to cool
