Recipe Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup of castor sugar
  • 2 tablespoons liquid glucose
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 egg whites
  • pinch of cream of tartar

Recipe Directions

Place all the ingredients in a large glass bowl on top of a double boiler and beat with electric beaters until the meringue holds it shape.
