No-bake mocha cheesecake

Recipe Ingredients

  • 230g cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup Mocha Spread
  • 1/4 cup icing sugar
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Pre-prepared Tennisbiscuit crust
 

Recipe Directions

With mixer on a high speed, beat 230g softened cream cheese, 3/4 cup Mocha Spread and 1/4 cup icing sugar until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped cream. Transfer to a prepared Tennisbiscuit crust; refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 1 day. Dollop additional whipped cream on top. Garnish with shaved chocolate. Serves 6.
