- 340g chorizo
- 1⅓ cups sauerkraut
- 1 small red onion
- 1 apple,
- 2 tsp caraway seeds
- ¼ cup beer
- Toss 340g chorizo, sliced, 1⅓ cups sauerkraut, 1 small red onion, cut into wedges, 1 apple, cored and sliced, and 2 tsp caraway seeds. Divide among 4 foil sheets and pour ¼ cup beer over each.
- Seal packets and cook for 15 minutes at 220ºC. Serve with rye toast and spicy mustard.
