Cook 700g shelled, deveined prawns in 2 tbsp oil for 3 minutes or until cooked through, turning once. Transfer prawns to plate. To frying pan, add 2 medium baby marrows, sliced, 4 cloves garlic, chopped, and 4 tbsp butter. Cook for 3 minutes. Add . cup white wine and ⅛ tsp salt, and cook for 2 minutes, stirring and scraping.
