- 1 cup roasted red peppers
- 1⁄2 cup parsley
- 1⁄4 cup roasted salted almonds
- 1⁄8 tsp salt
- In a food processor, pulse 1 cup roasted red peppers, 1⁄2 cup parsley, 1⁄4 cup roasted salted almonds and 1⁄8 tsp salt until almost smooth. Voila!
- Serve with grilled meat or fish.
