Mix 2 tbsp soft butter, 2 tsp curry powder and ¼ tsp salt. Spread on 4 (170g) salmon fillets in a 20cm baking dish. Add ¼ cup white wine and 1 tbsp lemon juice. Cover; microwave on high for 6 minutes or until done. In a bowl, mix 340g broccoli florets, 3 tbsp water, 1 tbsp grated ginger and ¼ tsp salt. Cover; microwave on high for 4 minutes. Optional: serve over 2 cups cooked brown rice mixed with ¼ cup sliced almonds.
