Savoury grilled fish

Recipe Ingredients

  • ¾ cup mint, chopped
  • ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped
  • ¼ cup pitted green olives, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 hake fillets (110g each)
  • ¼ cup mint, chopped
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Recipe Directions

  1. Preheat grill on medium-high.
  2. In a bowl, combine ¾ cup mint, chopped, ¼ cup roasted red peppers, chopped, and ¼ cup pitted green olives, chopped.
  3. Rub 1 tbsp olive oil on 4 hake fillets (110g each). Sprinkle with ¼ cup mint, chopped, and ¼ tsp pepper. Grill for 5 minutes or until opaque, turning once. Top with relish.
