- 12 blinis
- 75g tzatziki
- 50g hot-smoked salmon cucumber curls, to garnish
- Cook blinis according to packet instructions, or serve cold.
- Top blinis with 1 tsp tzatziki, a small piece of flaked salmon and a cucumber curl (using a citrus parer is easiest).
- EACH CANAPÉ: About 250kJ, 1g fat (0,6g saturated), 8g carbohydrate (1g total sugars), 4g protein, 0,6g fibre.
