Smoked-salmon blinis with tzatziki

Recipe Ingredients

  • 12 blinis
  • 75g tzatziki
  • 50g hot-smoked salmon cucumber curls, to garnish

Recipe Directions

  1. Cook blinis according to packet instructions, or serve cold.
  2. Top blinis with 1 tsp tzatziki, a small piece of flaked salmon and a cucumber curl (using a citrus parer is easiest).
  3. EACH CANAPÉ: About 250kJ, 1g fat (0,6g saturated), 8g carbohydrate (1g total sugars), 4g protein, 0,6g fibre.
