- 20 soft, dried Turkish apricots
- 40g soft goat’s-milk cheese
- 90g Parma ham
- Cut a slit in the side of an apricot and stuff with some of the goat’s cheese. Repeat with remaining apricots.
- Cut each slice of Parma ham into 3 to 4 pieces lengthways and wrap each stuffed apricot in Parma ham. Serve.
