- 3 cups basil leaves
- 1⁄4 cup pine nuts
- 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan
- 1⁄2 cup olive oil
- 1 to 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepper
- Take 3 cups basil leaves, 1⁄4 cup pine nuts, 1⁄2 cup grated Parmesan, 1⁄2 cup olive oil, 1 to 2 garlic cloves, salt and pepper.
- Toast the pine nuts and chop the garlic finely
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor. Add more olive oil until you have the desired consistency.
- Serve and bottle.
