Braai 3 large mealies, husked, over medium to hot coals for 12 minutes or until charred in spots, turning. Thread 450g tuna steak, skinned and cut into 2,5cm chunks, onto 8 soaked bamboo skewers. Brush fish and 350g baby marrows, sliced, with 1 tbsp canola oil; sprinkle with 2 tsp chilli powder and 1/2 tsp salt. Braai the baby marrows for 6 minutes and the fish until cooked to your liking, turning once. Cut corn off mealies, chop baby marrows and toss with 850g canned chickpeas; 1/2 cup packed mint, chopped; 3 tbsp lime juice; 1 tbsp oil; and . tsp salt. Serve with kebabs. Serves 4.
