- ½ cup ricotta cheese
- ¼ cup softened cream cheese
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- toasted coconut
- Mix ½ cup ricotta cheese, ¼ cup softened cream cheese, 1 tbsp honey and ½ tsp vanilla essence.
- Spread on a 2,5cm - thick slice of watermelon and top with berries, mint and toasted coconut. Delicious any way you slice it!
