Keep cravings at bay with cinnamon



Cinnamon may be known for its zing, but it can keep blood-sugar levels steady, a recent study found. That means fewer blood- glucose spikes and plunges, which can cause those ‘I’m starving!’ moments. Study volunteers added 21⁄2 teaspoons of the spice to their morning meal, but sprinkles throughout the day will work too.
