A few minutes, fabric and glue are all it takes to give new life to a basic white shade. Lights, scissors, action!
YOU WILL NEED
2. White fabric lampshade
4. Binder clips
5. Fabric glue
CUT AND COVER
Measure the circumference of the shade and cut fabric to that length. Trim fabric widthwise to the height of the shade with 1,5cm extra on each end. Wrap fabric around shade, using clips to secure the top and bottom edges.
GLUE IN PLACE
Starting where the seams touch, glue fabric to shade, using the paintbrush to spread glue evenly. Remove clips, apply glue to fabric flaps at top and bottom, and fold over the edges. Secure with binder clips until completely dry.
