1. Try it with sliced rounds of cucumber – it’s delicious!
2. Thin hummus with a little olive oil and rice-wine vinegar, then toss with cold cooked pasta shells, chopped parsley, toasted almond slices and ground black pepper.
3. Fill hard-boiled egg halves with hummus rather than the yolk mixture. (Save the yolks to bulk up egg-mayo sarmies anotherday.)
