Try This New Delheim Duo

Not sure whether to buy white or red wine for your dinner party, with this confusing autumn weather? Get this set, pairing each with a course

Delheim Wine Estate, a Stellenbosch stalwart nestled on the slopes of the Simonsberg, has released its latest wine duo from its ever-popular Family Range – the unwooded Chardonnay 2013 and richly layered Shiraz 2012.

Pair the Chardonnay with one of these great starters:

Chicken Caesar Salad

Salmon & Pea Fishcakes

Mushroom Marsala Bow Ties

Chicken, Apricot & Orange One-pan

And then pair the Shiraz with one of these hearty mains:

Moroccan Sweet-potato Stew

Rich Brinjal Stew

Beef Stew

Lamb Potjie

The Delheim Chardonnay 2013 retails from R77, while the Delheim Shiraz 2012 goes for R103. They’re available from Tops at Spar, Makro and Ultra Liquors.

For more info or direct wine orders from the estate visit www.delheim.com.
