Make diagonal cuts halfway through the rolls. (Don’t cut all the way through.) Lightly spread with butter or margarine, cheese spread or cream cheese, and fill with thin slices of tomato and cheese. Place plain cream cheese in a piping bag and pipe eyes and a mouth for each slug.
