Family Fun Friday

It’s the school holidays and your kids have tons of energy!

A great way to keep them entertained is to take them to your local paintball park for a day filled with adventure. They can run around and scream as loudly as they want without disturbing anyone. Plus they will be dog-tired afterwards!

Here’s a paintball park in your area:

Hillcrest Paintball is the home of Durban’s paintball adventures.

Where: 23 Wooton Avenue, Botha’s Hill, Hillcrest

Cost: R80 per person for 100 balls (including gear)

Battlezone Paintball  is equipped for parties and has specials for big groups.

Where: Corner of Sloane Avenue and Maid Road, Bryanston

Cost: R110 per person for 115 balls (gear included)

Warzone Paintball is the ideal place for the game, with two huge playgrounds and a dense forest to hide from your playmates!

Where: Plot 55, Garsfontein Road, Tierpoort, Pretoria

Cost: R100 per person for 100 balls (gear included)

Cape Town

Action Paintball is 40km out of the city, but worth the drive, as this paintball park promises to get the adrenaline pumping. There are also braai facilities where you can enjoy the afternoon after the ‘fight’.

Where: Imhoff Farm, Area 51, Kommetjie

Cost: R130 per person for 100 balls (including gear)
