Pretoria – Acrobranch

If flying through the trees appeals to you, Acrobranch is for you. They specialise in exciting aerial adventures where zip lines, tarzan swings, nets and bridges take children and adults from tree to tree.

There are several courses to suit various levels of ability and age groups. Children as young as three are welcome on the easiest courses, and from there the courses get steadily higher and more difficult. Each park has its own set of age and course restrictions to make sure no-one goes in for more than they can handle.

Whether you are looking for a family outing or an adrenaline rush, Acrobranch is the natural place for adventure.

Durban – The Golden Hours Family Market

The Golden Hours Family Market is a regular Sunday event. The playground is safe and offers heaps of fun for the children. A tractor, train and quad bikes are available every week, as well as ponies, a bungee trampoline, Ferris wheel and swings.

Fresh produce and home-made goods are for sale, or sit back and enjoy a breakfast or a roast lunch while the large adventure playground keeps the children occupied.

Johannesburg: The Frog Prince and other Tales

Professional actors bring well-loved children’s stories to life on stage. The show is full of music and laughter, the presentation is exciting and audience participation provides plenty of fun for all. From the pages of story books that have been favourites for generations, this wonderful, interactive production stresses the importance and joy of reading, and is not to be missed.
