Kerry Washington plays Olivia Pope, a former media consultant to the US president who has now opened her own firm. Pope and her associates specialise in fixing other people’s disasters, but they can’t seem to ever fix their own.
5. Grey’s Anatomy
This series never grows old, even after more than 10 years on our screens. This medical drama follows the lives of a group of surgeons and how they struggle to separate their personal lives from their jobs. Prepare to be riveted by the relationships and lives of the doctors of Seattle Grace.
6. The Big Bang Theory
An amazingly quirky sitcom that revolves around seven friends: three physicists, an astronaut, two scientists and a pretty waitress. Enjoy the geeky scientific references as well as all the fun they poke at obsessive hypochondriac Sheldon Cooper.
7. Suits
