Recipe Ingredients
3 x 80g packets MOIR’S Cherry Jelly
2½ cups boiling water
400g Christmas cake
100g red MOIR’S Glacé Cherries
100g green MOIR’S Glacé Cherries
2 cups custard (make using MOIR’S Custard Powder)
300ml whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
fresh raspberries to decorate
Recipe Directions
1. Place MOIR’S Cherry Jelly into a heatproof bowl. Add boiling water and stir to dissolve. Stir in 400ml cold water and pour into a serving dish. Add red MOIR’S Glacé Cherries. Place in refrigerator until set.
2. Place a layer of Christmas cake on top of the set MOIR’S Cherry Jelly. Layer with green MOIR’S Glacé Cherries. Top with MOIR’S Custard and cover with clingwrap. Refrigerate overnight.
3. Whip cream and sugar until soft peaks form. Add a layer of whipped cream. Decorate with raspberries.
