DOUBLE-CHOCOLATE-MOUSSE BROWNIES

Double the delight and enjoy a mouthwatering experience with this chocolate brownie recipe

Ingredients

  • your favourite brownie recipe, or try THIS ONE
  • 100g MOIR’s Glacé Cherries
  • 100g skinned hazelnuts, roasted
  • 1 x 150g box MOIR’S Chocolate Flavoured Mousse
  • MOIR’s Glacé Cherries or fresh berries, to decorate

 

Method

  1. Make the brownies using your favourite brownie recipe, adding cherries and hazelnuts to the mixture before baking for extra crunch. Allow to cool. Do not cut into squares at this stage.
  2. Prepare the MOIR’S Chocolate Mousse according to the instructions, then pour over the cooled brownie base.
  3. Place in fridge to set. Cut into squares and decorate with MOIR’S Glacé Cherries or fresh berries.
