Health is on the children’s menu at the Holiday Inn

Their newly revamped kids’ menu has loads of nutritious meals on offer

By Good Housekeeping

Encouraging your child to eat healthily is challenge, and it can be particularly difficult to enforce when you’re on holiday and can’t control what your child eats. Booking your holiday accommodation at the Holiday Inn not only means your child stays and eats free, but healthily too. InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) has partnered with Nutrition Australia, a nonprofit organisation that promotes healthy eating through education and information, to launch a healthier children’s menu at Holiday Inn Hotels & Resorts across Asia, the Middle East and Africa (AMEA). The new menu features flavourful and playfully presented dishes that will appeal to children, giving parents peace of mind in the knowledge that their child is being fed a good balance of vegetables, meat, wholegrain foods, fruit and dairy.

‘We know that travelling can make it hard for families to find healthy food for kids on the go. Part of the family appeal of Holiday Inn has always been its signature Kids Stay & Eat Free programme. This new Holiday Inn Kids’ Menu is part of our work to enhance that programme by providing nutritious meals presented in a fun way,’ says Lee Lin Teo, director of brand marketing at Holiday Inn Brand Family, AMEA, IHG.

The Holiday Inn Kids’ Menu will be available at all Holiday Inn hotels and resorts across Asia, the Middle East and Africa by the end of 2015.
