Pomegranate jelly cups

A classic with a playful twist – these jelly cups are bound to get the attention of young and old alike.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet MOIR’S Pomegranate Jelly made according to packet instructions
  • 1x 125g sachet of MOIR’S Instant Custard Powder made to packet instructions
  • ½ cup pomegranate rubies

 

Method:

  • Line 4 small bowls with paper towels and place glasses in bowls at an angle.
  • Fill glasses halfway with MOIR’S Pomegranate Jelly.
  • Sprinkle with some pomegranate rubies and set.
  • Place glasses upright and fill with MOIR’S Chill and serve.
