JELLY AND CUSTARD LOLLIES

If ever there was a lolly to make you jolly, this delectable treat is certainly a crowd favourite

Ingredients:

  • 2 packets of MOIR’S Jelly made to packet instructions
  • 1 x 125g sachet of MOIR’S Instant Custard Powder made to packet instructions
  • Slices of seasonal fruit

 

Method:

  • Place a few slices of seasonal fruit into twelve lolly moulds.
  • Add MOIR’S Jelly until moulds are three-quarters full and allow to set.
  • Once set, add a lolly stick and fill the moulds with MOIR’S Custard.
  • Freeze until solid before serving.
