Sharing a snap from the meeting on the Kensington Palace Twitter account, William wrote: ‘Earlier today, Catherine and I spent some time with the #TuskAwards nominees and finalists. Their bravery, single-minded determination, and commitment to African conservation is deeply deeply humbling.’

Kate’s dress had flattering long-sleeves and a midi-length skirt, as well as chic button detailing and a belted waist.

She paired the dress with simple black courts and wore her dark hair down in a signature bouncy blow dry.
