How not to gain weight this Ramadan

Surprisingly, some people tend to eat more during Ramadan and this can lead to weight gain

Here are a few tips to help keep kilos at bay:

1. Eat a healthy Iftar meal: Eat starters and sweets in moderation.

2. Choose to eat more fruits and vegetables.

3. Avoid sweetened beverages.

4. Be active everyday during Ramadan, even if it’s just walking – preferably just before Iftaar or after. This will help you maintain your weight.
