How to do it:
- When you are applying foundation, brush a little over your lips. This will help your lip colour stick.
- Colour your lips in with a lip pencil in a colour that’s similar to or lighter than your lipstick. Because it’s dry, a lip pencil is less likely to smudge, making it the perfect base coat.
- Lastly, paint on a thin coat of red with a lip brush. Build up layers, as thin layers dry quicker and last longer. A brush gives a neater finish.
