250ml fresh cream
1 punnet fresh strawberries
Recipe Directions
1. Cut out circular shapes from your Christmas cake using a cookie cutter and place on your serving plates.
2. Whip the cream and place in a piping bag (or use canned whipped cream) and add a layer of cream on top of the cut-outs.
3. Top each with a halved strawberry and pipe a pompom on top to complete your Santa hat.
